New Steyr High-Capacity C9-A1

TRUSSVILLE, AL — Steyr Arms recently announced a new C9-A1 pistol. This semi-auto bridges the gap between compact carry and full-sized shootability by combining the concealable-length slide and barrel of the S-series Steyr pistol with the hand-filling frame and high capacity of the M-series.

The new C9-A1 is nearly identical in form and function to other handguns in the Steyr line, but also boasts the newly redesigned Reset Action System trigger mechanism. Chambered exclusively in 9x19mm, the new C9-A1 is sure to be a big hit with Steyr pistol aficionados as well as those looking for a concealable handgun providing comfortable ergonomics, low bore axis, remarkable safety features, amazing accuracy, and extreme reliability.

The C9-A1’s high grip combined with its low barrel axis mitigates muzzle rise as well as creating a perfect grip angle for a very natural point of aim. The drift-adjustable sights are in the traditional three-dot configuration and a accessory rail on the frame’s dust cover provides for mounting illumination and laser-aiming devices. Steyr Re-Imports M-A1 and S-A1 Pistols

TRUSSVILLE, AL — Steyr Arms has announced that it is bringing back the popular Steyr M-A1 and S-A1 semi-automatic handguns to the United States. The first batch of these pistols has already arrived at the Steyr Arms headquarters, and the pistols will begin shipping to dealers later this month.

Nearly identical in form and function, the M-A1 is the full-size series with a 4-inch barrel, while the S-A1 is the compact series with a 3.6-inch barrel. Chambered in either 9x19mm Luger or .40 S&W, the M-A1 and S-A1 achieved a great deal of regard among American shooters for their comfortable ergonomics, remarkable safety features, intuitive sighting system, amazing accuracy and extreme reliability.
